Chen Bo is the deputy   director of the Hydraulic Structure Research Institute of Hohai University,   who was selected in the National Talent Plan. Prof. Chen’s research focuses   on safety monitoring and safety prevention. His work has included research in   non-destructive and refined perception technology of hydraulic structure   safety, the deep mining, prediction and early warning model of spatio-temporal   monitoring data of hydraulic projects, and the intervention mechanism of   long-term service behavior of hydraulic structures in cold regions.
